All Members get access to our exclusive block rated, Day 1, commercial ATE scheme - covering most types of personal and business commercial, professional negligence and insolvency litigation - and practice funding. Full Members actually join the Consortium, recieving work on a deferred cost sharing basis, all of which is managed and funded by the consortium media and marketing agency, 8F.
We also work with other solicitors, charities, associations and referral sources that wish to refer work into the consortium.

How we work
– Litigation Funding.
We focus on providing litigation funding for claims where damages are below £5million as we feel this is a clearly under-represented portion of the market. Although we do work with claims of any value.
We cover most types of commercial disputes, all forms of professional negligence, clinical and medical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, as well as other areas of both commercial and personal litigation where the matter is damages based.
Where required we arrange after the event (ATE) insurance using our exclusive day one scheme from ARAG plc. We believe that our offering ensures all of our clients have a distinct litigation and cost advantage. It also negates the need for the instructed solicitor to invest their time and resources as well as the client’s time trying to underwrite commercial and professional negligence cases.
